Are you looking for support and advice on your weight loss journey?
Schedule a complimentary consultation to explore your options and suitability for weight loss injectables.

During your consultation, we will cover:

MEDICAL HISTORY TAKING-including allergies, current medications and health conditions

BMI- to calculate your height and weight

TREATMENT GOALS-discuss your desired weight

DIET AND LIFESTYLE ADVICE- education on health diet and exercise

RISKS-potential risks, side effects and benefits will be discussed

MEDICATION-discuss suitable medication and cost

Following on from your consultation if you decide to start on a injectable you will be asked to sign a consent form agreeing to start on treatment.

Your prescription will be ordered through a reputable Pharmacy and you will be booked in for a further consultation to start your treatment.

B12 is also know as Hydroxocobalamin

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps to keep your nerves and blood cells healthy. Our bodies don’t make Vitamin B12, it is obtained from foods such as meat, fish, milk and eggs. You may have a deficiency if you are vegan, don’t eat enough B12 rich food, or if you have other health conditions which mean you are unable to absorb it properly, such as pernicious anaemia.

BENEFITS OF B12 INJECTIONS-
Combat tiredness, improve mood and mental clarity, aid skin, hair and nail health and are perfect for vegans and strict vegetarians

A B12 injection is a intramuscular injection into the deltoid muscle to the upper arm.

This is a prescription only medication and cannot be bought over the counter

All prescriptions are issued by a reputable Pharmacy.

Botox consultation with prescription

In-Person Consultations for all Prescription-Only Medications, Including Botox.

Your consultation will include:
MEDICAL HISTORY TAKING- to discuss any allergies, medications, health conditions and previous treatments

FACIAL EXAMINATION- to assess your area's of concern

TREATMENT GOALS- discuss your expectations and area's of improvement

RISKS AND OUTCOMES- potential risks, side effects and benefits of treatment

AFTER CARE- guidance on aftercare instructions

CONSENT- once your consultation is complete you will be asked to sign a consent form in order for a prescription to be issued for your treatment

All prescribed medications will be issued in your name by a trusted pharmacy.

Your face to face consultation is FREE however, there is a prescription fee of £20.

About

Hi my name is Anne-Marie I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years nursing experience and have been a non-medical prescriber since 2013. I am registered with the NMC and fully insured to provide face to face consultations and prescriptions in Aesthetics.

I hold a Saturday clinic for face-to-face consultations and the prescribing of medications that are available only by prescription.

In addition to my regular services, I provide a dedicated mobile consultation every Thursday. On this day, I travel directly to your clinic, allowing your clients to benefit from face-to-face consultations in the comfort and familiarity of your own premises. This is for the Liverpool area ONLY.
